Kevin Klis (aka Kevin Q. Klis / Kevin Kliss) is one of the layout artists of Beetlejuice: The Animated Series (all four seasons). He's also know for his works, such as Babar, The Magic School Bus, Rupert, Eek! the Cat, Franklin, Blazing Dragons, Sidekick, All Dogs go to Heaven 2 and others.
