Barf Biffman (appears in the Beetlejuice Animated Episode, The Big Face Off) is the host of the Neitherworld game show, called "The 24 Hour Gross-Out", along with Jack, who calls the challengers, Lydia & Beetlejuice, and their opponents Humphrey and Hanna Scuzzymoto. Each team gets the highest gross-out their ideas.
Biffman spins the gross-out category wheel for each rounds so the team prepares for each round to win. After the team wind the final round, they will get the grand prize, especially "The Geek Islands" scream vacation.
